The masterclass takes you through a curated flight of five distinct cocktail tasters. More than just a tasting, this hands-on session dives into the craft of mixology, teaching you how bespoke syrups and shrubs add flavour, depth, and diversity to drinks. We will also explore how recipes can be adjusted and adapted into sophisticated mocktail alternatives.

Guests will examine the fundamental techniques behind different styles of drinks—from the precision of a stirred cocktail to the theatre of a shaken pour. Each taster is built around premium Queensland spirits, showcasing the craftsmanship of our award-winning Scenic Rim distillers.

To complement the tasting journey, guests will enjoy a gourmet grazing plate showcasing some of the finest artisanal products the region has to offer.
